Our fees are tailored to your property and the level of service you need. As a leading commercial property management company in Chicago, we offer flexible pricing options:

Full-Service Management: 4% - 8% of the building’s income, depending on the property’s complexity. This package includes comprehensive management, where we handle all aspects of the property as if it were our own, providing you with detailed reports.
 

Partial-Service Management: 2% - 3% of the building’s income, focusing on back-end tasks like rent collection, financial tracking, and tenant communication. This is ideal for hands-on owners who prefer to manage physical maintenance themselves.
